Giving Back is about people; helping them to help others and so empowering their own lives. We have a drop-in area where we serve hot chocolate, smoothies (in season), herbal teas, cookies, soup and a bun. It is here that we connect with our street community, forge friendships, listen to and pray with them. They often volunteer to sweep, clean windows, iron or sew, wash dishes, serve or help in various ways. We encourage all these activities as it helps to make them feel a part of a community where they are needed.
